Payment
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount.
The balance must be paid FOUR WEEKS prior to the start date of your holiday, at which time the necessary cleaning, linen, *meet & greet, *airport transfers, *welcome packs, *hire equipment (*if required) charges along with the damage deposit are also due.
For bookings received within FOUR WEEKS of your holiday start date, the full payment, cleaning, linen, extra services and damage deposit charges are due at the time of booking.
NOTE: May we please advise you that a 3% levy is applied to all credit card transactions. The charge is applied by the banks and unfortunately we are obliged to pass this on to the customer.
Alterations & Cancellations
Where you wish to alter your booking (i.e. Dates, holiday duration etc) we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we cannot meet your altered requirements and you wish to cancel your holiday, written notification must be sent via fax or email from the party leader to the office accommodating your booking.
In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:

Your Responsibility
The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise additional charges may be incurred.
You are responsible for the property during your stay. You undertake to report and pay for any damage caused to the property and for any equipment damaged or broken during your stay. We reserve the right to ask you, or any member of your party, to leave immediately if your behaviour is likely, in our opinion, to spoil the enjoyment, comfort or safety of others within the community.
Only named clients may use the accommodation booked by you, additional guests cannot be added above the maximum amount stated on the individual advert, you agree not to sub-let or re-assign the property to any other party.
Damage deposit
A security/damage deposit of 150€ is payable at the time of booking for all properties. This deposit is in addition to the cost of the properties' rental charge.
Providing no damage is caused during the letting period, the deposit will be returned after the end of the booking period - Please allow up to 14 days for receipt.
Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the course of normal and fair wear and tear, and we urge clients to notify any damage to the Calida Rental Management Office promptly so that it may be quickly rectified. Damage discovered after the end of the letting period will be notified to the client by telephone as soon as possible and will be confirmed by letter, fax or email. We expect properties to be left in a reasonable condition so that they may be quickly prepared for the next clients. If abnormal cleaning is required the may be chargeable against the deposit.
Linen & Cleaning Charges
The following charges apply in addition to the quoted rental property prices and should be paid at the time of booking.
These charges are for a standard clean, plus launder of 1 set of linen per bed and launder of towels, excluding beach towels. Beach towels must be provided by you (unless you are hiring ours) and towels supplied in the accommodation should not be used or removed from the property for external use.

BBQ's should be left in the same condition they are found, if cleaning is required following departure a charge of between 10€ and 30€ will be made depending on the size and condition it has been left in.
Cleaning of the following items is not included and will be charged at the cost stated if necessary.

Arriving /Departing
We do our best to accommodate arrivals at any time and settle you in as quickly as possible.
Officially, the rental period commences at 4PM on the day of arrival and terminates at 10AM on the day of departure.
However, we do try to be as flexible as possible and allow access as soon as the property has been cleaned and prepared. Clients departing on later flights may be able to extend their stay after 10AM depending on the arrival time of incoming clients and our cleaning schedule.
Emergency Call-Outs
The following charges will apply should you require an emergency call out and are payable by you to our representative on their arrival at the property.
We charge an initial first hour call out fee, anything after that will be charged on a per hour basis.

If keys are lost and not recovered, a one off fee will be charged for supplying a replacement set of keys to you of 100 € in additiona to the above call out charges to cover the cost of replacing locks and keys.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel/cancellation Insurance to cover the duration of your holiday, this is your responsibility and in no way the responsibility of Calida Rental Management.
Complaints
We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of our properties but from time to time appliances or other items go wrong. Breakdowns, defects or other issues must be reported immediately and will be resolved as soon as is possible. A customer service telephone number will be displayed at the property.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in side the property.
Additionally clients are requested not to feed or allow stray cats and dogs inside the property.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Hire Equipment
High Chairs, cots, wheelchairs, pool/beach towels etc are available for hire. If you require any of these items, please advise us at the time of booking so we can check availability and ensure it is at your property on arrival. We can not guaranteed these items being available if requested after the booking is made.
Calida Rental Management or the owners of the property will not be held responsible for any accident or injury due to the loan of any equipment. The equipment is checked prior to each period of hire for any defects and therefore all equipment hired is done so at the clients own risk.
Calida Rental Management
We reserve the right to switch a booking to accommodation of an equivalent standard should this prove necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances.
We reserve the right to change/amend the above terms and conditions at any time; any changes made will be supplied to you in writing more than six weeks prior to your arrival date. Any changes made to the terms & conditions with less than 8 weeks notice of your arrival date will not apply to your booking.
