Keeping your property clean and in tip top condition has to be high on your priorities, at Calida Rental Management we provide a high standard clean and laundry service. There are many types of cleans, we can accommodate from a freshen up clean prior to arrival right through to a end of session clean, and a 'Builders Clean' designed for new properties.

Calida Rental Management recommend a Builders Clean after the purchase of your new property prior to installing your furniture. We remove dust, debris, clean of surfaces and cupboards, patios and terraces.

Calida Rental Management are more than happy to accommodate owners and guests to the clean or laundry service they require.

Following your guests' departure we will fully inspect the property for damages and compile a report that will be sent to you. Any damages found will also be photographed and included in the report.

We will be responsible for ensuring your property is thoroughly cleaned and in order. We will carry out the following:

• Clean Kitchen, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave
• Clean kitchen worktops & cupboards
• Clean & sanitise bathrooms
• Clean mirrors
• Clean Bedrooms, strip and re-make all beds
• Replace Toilet rolls (2 toilet rolls replaced in each toilet)
• Remove and dispose of any left-over items of food and drink
• Replace all used towels and tea towels
• Sanitise bins
• Polish Furniture
• Sweep or vacuum all floors
• Wash all floors
• Sweep outside areas
• Replace any blown light bulbs (cost to be paid by property owner, receipt provided)
• Launder one set of bedding per bed, launder towels.

(Fee to be paid for by guest prior to their arrival)

Please note that the following items are not included and if they require our attention, we will advise you.

• Cleaning Windows / Grills
• Cleaning of BBQ's *
• Cleaning Outside furniture *
• Bedspreads *
• Blankets *
• Throws *
• Launder of extra sets of bedding *

Please note that if the *above items need cleaning following the visit of a guest then the cost of the cleaning service will be paid for out of the guests security deposit. Your guests will have accepted this at the time of booking under our Terms & Conditions of booking.

If general end of season cleaning of these items is required, the cleaning costs will be invoiced to you (the owner).

Maid service

A midweek or weekly maid service can be arranged for you or your clients at convenient times to suit you or your guests.

This will add the feeling of luxury to anyones stay. The cost of this is paid for by the guests or can be incorporated within the cost of the holiday if required.

Prices: 15 € per hour plus 7 € per person for laundry
