Charges will be applied should you or your guests' require an emergency call out and are payable by you or your guests on our arrival at your property. They will also apply to call out to faults at the property, in this case the fee is payable by the property owner.
We charge an initial first hour call out fee, anything after that will be charged on a per hour basis.

If keys are lost and not recovered by your guests' a one off fee will be charged for supplying a replacement set of keys to them of 100 € in addition to the above call out charges to cover the cost of replacing the locks and keys. If the owner looses their keys and you require us to bring you another set, only the call out charges above will apply.
